Ahmad Ibrahim Secondary 3 Students – Weighted Assessment for Humanities (2022)

In July, our team went down to Ahmad Ibrahim Secondary for a 2-day virtual learning journey programme with the whole Sec 3 cohort.

This programme was part of their learning for Social Studies as they learn about the Little India Riots in their curriculum

They applied the personal stories and knowledge learnt during the virtual learning journey to complete an infographic for their Weighted Assessment, which is based on the inquiry question of "Are the needs of migrant workers in Singapore met?"

Click to read more about the featured research pieces written by the students:

1) Are the needs of migrant workers in Singapore Met?

2) The Significance of Migrant Workers in Singapore

3) Migrant Workers in Singapore

Read more on the feature by Ms Lui Ying Jie (Ahmad Ibrahim Secondary, HOD Humanities) on iSSues Explorer (May 2023) an e-Newsletter produced by the Social Studies (Secondary) Unit at CPDD2, MOE, Singapore
